Light weighted Steel Frame Formwork With Plywood for Column Formwork System

Universal column steel frame formwork or column shuttering frame is a light weighted panel system, 12mm plywood is riveted into steel frame. As a general-purpose panel system, it can easily adapt to 950mm wide panels with cylindrical section up to 800mmx800mm and 1200mm wide panels with 1050mmx1050mm. The adjusted length increment is 5cm and the height increment is 30cm. The panel has high rigidity and can withstand the pressure of fresh concrete up to 80KN / m2. The tie rod hole is pre designed on the steel grid or frame profile.

Steel column formwork has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, waterproof, antirust and anti-skid.
