ForPro self-climbing formwork is a kind of climbing formwork which can safely move up with its own hydraulic equipment. Self climbing formwork is an idea solution to super high concrete structures like piers,pylon, core of high-rise building, TV tower , ship lift etc. Whole formwork and platform can be moved integrity to next step independent of crane. Fully enclosed platform and handrail housing provide high safely operation environment during the whole working process. 2. Climbing bracket
Horizontal bracket/ vertical profile/ diagonal strut/ vertical Waling/ panel/travelling unit/suspension platform/top platform/ Walerhook bolt.
3. Automatical climber
Guiding rail /lifting device/suspensionshoe/suspension bolt/safety pin/supporting carriage
4. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil line, hydraulic hose connector and hydraulic unit
5. Anchoringsystem
High strength screw/ climbing cone/ position cone/ embedded anchor rod/sealing sleeve.
Technical Specification
• Max. pouring height can reach to 6m;
• Max. lifting capacity reach to 60KN;
• Climbing speed can reach to 0.2m/min;
• Main platform width up to 2.5m, provides sufficient space for formwork retraction up to 750mm and easy for formwork cleaning;
• Min. concrete strength requirement of anchor point is 15KN in working situation;
• 6 levels of working platform provide work space for formwork operation, reinforcement installation, concrete pouring and concrete repair etc.
